Abstract

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes from 20 donors were exposed in G0 to mitomycin C with and without prior acute irradiation with 0.01 Gy of 250 kVp X-rays. No evidence was found for the radiation having an hormetic effect on the level of sister-chromatid exchanges induced by mitomycin C.
