Abstract

Extrapulmonary tuberculosis can present in almost any part of the body. As many as half of all cases of tuberculosis in the UK occur outside of the lung. This chapter describes three of the more common sites of tuberculosis—peripheral lymph nodes, abdominal pericardial. Clinical features diagnosis are discussed as well as optimal management.
