Abstract

Pulmonary growth tends to be isometric. Lung function grows until 20 years old then there's a stabilization before it decreases. Girls seem to have a benefit that they lost at teenage years. Neonatal lung function appears to be a predictive factor for development of pulmonary diseases whatever syptoms status.
