Abstract

This concluding chapter outlines key messages to emerge from the previous chapters. These include the challenges of living with a rare condition, its complexity and symptom burden. The chapter concludes by reflecting that mesothelioma rates are not dropping at the rate anticipated. Therefore, providing appropriate and accessible care and support to people with mesothelioma is going to be required for many years to come.
