    Abstract

An experimental study of the absorption of inhaled gadolinium oxide from the human respiratory tract was conducted. Preliminary estimates of human respiratory tract model (HRTM) parameters describing the time dependence of absorption were derived and are compared with similar parameters determined from the results of experiments with laboratory animals.
