Research interests
Alex Elliot is a Consultant Epidemiologist and Head of Team for the UKHSA Real-time Syndromic Surveillance Team. He is committed to further strengthening the utility of syndromic surveillance within the United Kingdom, exploring innovative sources of digital health surveillance data and working with international public health colleagues to explore the usefulness of syndromic surveillance in responding to public health incidents and mass gatherings.
